1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tbjili com ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the tbjili com website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account with tbjili com, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility criteria set out above. tbjili com reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of tbjili com Services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent time is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

• One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one tbjili com account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify tbjili com immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your tbjili com account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

tbjili com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in these Terms. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified tbjili com of a security breach in a timely manner.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tbjili com platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). tbjili com supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank transfers.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.
• Deposits are generally credited to your tbjili com account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• tbjili com does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• tbjili com reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• tbjili com reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tbjili com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by tbjili com are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tbjili com platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the tbjili com platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the tbjili com platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the tbjili com platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game offered on tbjili com.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tbjili com staff, customer support agents, or other players.
• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.

7 Intellectual Property

9 Responsible Gaming

You may close your tbjili com account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply after your account is closed.

In the event of any dispute between you and tbjili com arising from your use of the Services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. You may contact tbjili com's customer support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

tbjili com operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe that tbjili com has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may raise a complaint with the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
